happy birthday

yesterday little dear turned 1. in celebration of starting something and actually sticking with it for more than a few weeks my friend and i had cupcakes and drinks and giggles. overall, yesterday turned out pretty okay (shaky start aside). i'm looking forward to another year of pictures, music, and wish lists.
