star headband

i made myself this star headband to wear on my birthday, but i think it's too cute not to wear for other occasions too.



i bought this glittery fabric from the craft section at hobby lobby to make the stars with. then, i sewed them to a piece of ribbon and tacked them to each other for extra stability.



i'm really pleased with the way it turned out and plan on making another one soon.

you can find the glitter fabric i used here. i chose silver for my stars, but they have lots of other lovely colors. the ribbon i used was a 1" wide satin ribbon.
